Second Signet Policy

Due to the sensitive nature of research peptides and the inability to verify storage, handling, or product integrity after delivery, Second Signet does not accept product returns or exchanges. This applies to opened and unopened products.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind, customer ordering errors, canceled research projects, or results that do not meet a purchaser’s research expectations. This policy is subject to remedies required by applicable law.

Please verify the product identity, specifications, quantity, shipping address, and suitability for your intended lawful research before completing your purchase. Review all available product documentation and storage and handling information. Contact us before ordering if you have questions.

Research Use & Product Conditions

Products are intended solely for lawful laboratory research—not for human or animal consumption, administration, or therapeutic or diagnostic use. Purchasers are responsible for appropriate laboratory handling, storage, and use in accordance with applicable laws and safety requirements.

Second Signet does not guarantee that a product will produce a particular experimental result.

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, AND EXCEPT FOR EXPRESS WARRANTIES OR PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS WE PROVIDE, PRODUCTS ARE SOLD “AS IS,” WITHOUT IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

If your shipment arrives damaged, contains an incorrect item, is missing an item, or appears inconsistent with the stated product specifications, contact us promptly through our Contact Us page. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs where relevant with in three days of delivery. Retain the packaging and product while the issue is reviewed.

Do not use a product that appears damaged or compromised. Do not send products back without written instructions from us.

We will review reported issues and provide any remedy required by applicable law. Any additional accommodation is considered individually and does not change our final-sale policy.

If you have a billing or order concern, we encourage you to contact us promptly so we can investigate and work toward a resolution.

Second Signet actively contests chargebacks that we reasonably believe are false or unsupported. We may submit relevant transaction records, checkout acknowledgments, customer communications, and shipment or delivery documentation to the payment processor or card issuer.

A change of mind does not create a refund entitlement under our final-sale policy. Please provide accurate and complete information when reporting an issue or submitting a payment dispute.

Please verify your delivery address before purchasing. Contact us promptly about shipping problems so we can investigate with the carrier.

If we cannot ship within the applicable promised or legally required timeframe, we will provide any required delay notice, cancellation option, and refund.

Nothing in this policy excludes rights, warranties, or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. The policy presented at the time of purchase applies to that order.
